COVID-19 general advice
As you may be aware that there has been an increasing number of cases of COVID-19 in our community. I have been doing some research of my own to try to help the community.

  • Stay at home, but windows needs to be opened to allow fresh air into the rooms. Enclosed spaces can lead to other illnesses.

  • Frequent sunlight exposures but avoid crowds

  • Frequent hand wash

  • Disinfection air using: cangzhu (Atractylodes lancea), aiye (Artemisia argyi), Mosquito coil

  • Stay optimistic and don’t panic

  • Keep a good sleeping pattern, sleep between 6 to 8 hours a day, the most important hours are 11pm to 3am

  • Adequate food intake, do not over eat or starve

  • Avoid milk, beer, any food that are damp and cold, avoid cold dishes and drinks

  • Eat seasonal food
