COVID-19 general advice
As you may be aware that there has been an increasing number of cases of COVID-19 in our community. I have been doing some research of my own to try to help the community.

Stay at home, but windows needs to be opened to allow fresh air into the rooms. Enclosed spaces can lead to other illnesses.

Frequent sunlight exposures but avoid crowds

Frequent hand wash

Disinfection air using: cangzhu (Atractylodes lancea), aiye (Artemisia argyi), Mosquito coil

Stay optimistic and don’t panic

Keep a good sleeping pattern, sleep between 6 to 8 hours a day, the most important hours are 11pm to 3am

Adequate food intake, do not over eat or starve

Avoid milk, beer, any food that are damp and cold, avoid cold dishes and drinks

Eat seasonal food
